We accept STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF, F3D, IGES, and most common CAD formats. You can also send a photo, sketch, PDF, or just a description and we'll help from there.

Yes. With clear reference photos and dimensions we can often recreate or model the part from scratch as part of your quote.

Can you help design the part?

Yes — we offer design and CAD support, especially for replacement parts, custom brackets, and prototypes. Design time is included in your quote.

How long does printing take?

Most jobs ship within a few days. Small priority pieces can sometimes be done same-day. Larger or multi-material jobs take longer — we'll always tell you up front.

Do you deliver in Cayman?

Yes, across Grand Cayman. Collection from our facility is also available, and we can arrange shipping to Cayman Brac and Little Cayman.

No. Safety-critical, structural automotive, pressure-bearing, medical, or life-critical applications usually require specialist manufacturing. We'll be upfront if your request falls outside what 3D printing should be used for.
